This website was imagined by it4wellness.com‘s Iben Cenholt and Vic Bui in collaboration on a hot summers day in 2007 at the edge of the reservoir, shoes off. The site has been developed, updated, renewed and maintained by itwellness.com ever since.
The photos used on the website are mostly taken by it4wellness.com, however a few images came from other sources.
The site content was written mostly by Dr. Lyddy and Vic Bui with some contribution by Dr. Sandt. All content is approved by Dr. Lyddy.
